These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoreTransfer(the "Service") operated by MoreTransfer ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We stand by our promise to never share your content with a third party and never license or use your content.
1. Definitions
- Account: A registered user profile on MoreTransfer.
- Sender: The person who initiates a transfer (with or without an Account).
- Recipient: The person(s) who receive a transfer link or email.
- Transfer: A collection of one or more Files transmitted via the Service.
- Files: Digital content uploaded to the Service (e.g., videos, photos, archives or any files).
- Pro Plan: A paid subscription tier with extended limits/features.
- Free Plan: A free tier with limited features.
- AUP: Our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 8).
- Privacy Policy: Our privacy notice describing data practices, available at Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may send files with or without directly creating an Account. Certain features and limits require an Account and/or a paid plan. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your Account. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity accepts these Terms.
3. The Service
MoreTransfer provides temporary file transfer. It is not a long-term storage, archival, or backup service. Files are automatically deleted after the applicable availability period or manually by the Sender. File availability depends on your plan. We may update limits; the current limits are published at Pricing Page . After expiry or deletion, Files cannot be restored. Always keep your own backups. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.
4. Service Limits and Usage
4.1 Usage Limits
To ensure reliability and fair access for all users, we may impose reasonable technical and plan-based limits on the Service. These limits may include, but are not limited to:
- File or transfer size,.
- Total monthly storage or bandwidth
- Number of active transfers, recipients, or downloads
- Duration of file availability
- Access to features such as password protection, one-time downloads, custom branding, or analytics.
Your specific limits depend on your chosen plan or subscription, and are clearly shown on our Pricing Page.
We may update or adjust limits periodically to reflect system capacity, plan changes, or performance improvements. When material changes occur, we'll provide reasonable notice through the Service or email.
4.2 Fair Use Policy
We aim to provide fast, reliable transfers for all users. To protect the integrity and performance of the Service, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that:
- Materially degrade Service performance for others (e.g., excessive concurrent uploads, automated mass sharing, or abuse of bandwidth);
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass plan limits or restrictions;
- Use the Service in violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or applicable law; or
- Engage in activities that could harm the Service, its users, or our infrastructure (e.g., automated scraping, spamming, or repeated malicious uploads).
When feasible, we'll contact you first to help resolve the issue before taking action. Repeated or egregious misuse may result in permanent suspension or account termination.
4.3 Beta or Experimental Features
From time to time, we may offer new or experimental features labeled as "beta," "preview," or "early access." These features are provided for testing and feedback purposes only and may contain bugs or performance issues. We may modify, limit, or withdraw beta features at any time without notice. Your use of beta features is at your own risk, and they are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or service-level commitments. Feedback you provide on beta features may be used to improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments, Billing & Refunds
5.1. Subscription Billing
The Pro Plan and any other paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Your chosen billing cycle, pricing, and applicable taxes are shown at the time of purchase and on our Pricing Page. By starting a subscription, you authorize MoreTransfer (and its payment processor) to charge your designated payment method automatically at the beginning of each renewal period until you cancel. We may update our pricing or plan structure from time to time. If we make a material change (such as an increase in recurring fees), we'll provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-app message before the new pricing takes effect.
5.2 Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle you'll retain access to all paid features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months or unused time unless required by law.
5.3 Payment Failures and Non-Payment
If a payment attempt fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may:
- retry the payment automatically within a reasonable period;
- notify you to update your payment method; and/or
- suspend or downgrade your account until payment is received.
If payment remains unpaid after multiple attempts, we may terminate your subscription and remove or restrict access to paid features.
5.4 Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge or file a chargeback through your payment provider, we may suspend or restrict your account while the matter is investigated. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, the outstanding balance plus any applicable fees may remain due, and we may permanently restrict future use of paid features. To avoid interruptions, we encourage you to contact us first atsupport@moretransfer.com if you believe a charge was made in error.
5.5 Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in an applicable refund policy or promotion. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or credits in specific cases (e.g., duplicate payments, verified service errors), but doing so does not obligate us to offer them in the future. Refunds, if issued, will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction
6. Sender Responsibilities & Recipient Experience
6.1. Consent and Legal Basis to Contact Recipients
If you use the Service to send notifications, emails, or transfer links to Recipients, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis to contact them, such as their consent , a contractual necessity, or another lawful ground under applicable data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR or CAN-SPAM). You must not useMoreTransfer for unsolicited, bulk, or spam messaging. This includes promotional communications, mass marketing, or any use of recipient data inconsistent with applicable laws or these Terms. By using our email delivery system, you confirm that each Recipient:
- has a legitimate reason to receive the transfer; and
- can reasonably expect to be contacted in the context of your professional or personal relationship with them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used for spam, abuse, or unauthorized data processing.
6.2. Recipient Access (No Account Required)
Recipients do not need a MoreTransfer account to access or download files, unless you choose settings that require authentication or verification. We design the Recipient experience to be simple, secure, and privacy-respecting - they receive only the information necessary to access the transfer and are not added to marketing lists or tracked for advertising purposes. Where a Recipient voluntarily interacts with MoreTransfer (e.g., downloading, verifying their identity, or reporting abuse), we process limited information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.3. Security and Privacy Controls
You are responsible for selecting and configuring appropriate security options for your transfers, including:
- password protection;
- one-time download limits;
- expiration dates; and
- any other privacy or access-control features we provide.
We offer these features to help you protect your content and your recipients' privacy, but their effectiveness depends on your configuration choices. You acknowledge that you are responsible for managing who receives access to your transfers and for safeguarding any passwords or secure links you distribute.
6.4. Branding, Client Access, and Customization
Where available, you may customize the Recipient experience - such as by adding your logo, colors, or brand name to your download pages. By uploading any branding or media assets, you represent and warrant that you:
- own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use those materials; and
- that your customizations do not infringe the rights (including trademarks or copyrights) of any third party.
You may not upload branding or content that is misleading, offensive, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). We may temporarily disable or remove custom branding if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Content Ownership & License to Host
Ownership. As between you and MoreTransfer, you retain ownership of your Files.
7.2 How We Handle Your Files
To provide the Service, we need limited permission to handle your Files, for example, to store them securely, transmit them to your intended Recipients, perform automated security scans, and, if enabled, generate previews or thumbnails. By using the Service, you allow us to process your Files solely for these operational purposes. This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited to what's necessary to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your Files, and we do not use them for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service. All handling is automated wherever possible and kept to the minimum required for functionality and security.
7.2 No Content Monitoring
We do not access, view, or monitor your files. All processing is automated except where strictly required. We may access, preserve, or disclose Files and related information only when necessary to:
- Maintain and protect the security or integrity of the Service (for example, automated malware or abuse detection).
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests.
- Investigate reports of abuse or violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and only to the extent needed to resolve the issue.
Whenever possible and lawful, we will notify you before disclosing your information in response to legal requests.
8. Prohibited Content and Activities (Acceptable Use Policy)
You must use the Service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not upload, share, or distribute any content or engage in any activity that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy (Annex B), or applicable law.
8.1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Without limitation, you agree not to use the Service to:
- Illegal Content – Upload, store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or could reasonably be viewed as such. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
- Terrorist, extremist, or hate propaganda;
- Content that violates criminal law or incites others to commit illegal acts.
- Intellectual Property Infringement – Upload or share content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any person or entity.
- Security Violations – Upload or distribute malware, spyware, viruses, exploits, or other harmful code;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization; or interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure.
- Harassment and Abuse – Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, stalk, or dox others, or to promote or facilitate discrimination, violence, or hate based on protected characteristics.
- Privacy Violations – Upload, share, or process personal data of others without a valid legal basis (such as consent, contract necessity, or legitimate interest under GDPR); or use the Service to conduct covert tracking, surveillance, or collection of personal data.
- Spam, Fraud, or Deceptive Practices – Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing content; engage in identity theft, scams, or misrepresentation; or operate pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or similar deceptive activities.
- High risk or Dangerous Uses – Use the Service for mission-critical or high risk activities (e.g., medical, aviation, nuclear, or safety systems) where Service failure could result in death, personal injury, or severe environmental harm.
- Resale or Unauthorized Use – Resell, rent, or sub-license the Service, or provide it to third parties as a managed service without our prior written permission.
- Impersonation or Misrepresentation – Mislead others by misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or relationship with MoreTransfer, its staff, or partners.
- Resource Abuse – Circumvent plan limits, use automation or bots to perform excessive uploads or downloads, or otherwise degrade the performance of the Service for others.
8.2. Enforcement and Reporting
- We may monitor, investigate, or take appropriate action when we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms or the AUP.
- We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict functionality, or report content to relevant authorities where legally required or necessary to protect others.
- Where feasible, we will provide notice before suspension or termination, except in urgent cases (e.g., CSAM, malware, or security incidents).
- You may report suspected abuse or violations at: support@moretransfer.com.
If we receive a report alleging that your content violates another party's rights, we may notify you and, if appropriate, provide an opportunity to respond.
9. Security
9.1 Our Measures. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Files and personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging.
Your Measures. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, setting appropriate transfer protections (passwords, one-time downloads), and sharing links securely with intended Recipients.
Vulnerability Disclosure. Report suspected security issues to support@moretransfer.com. Do not publicly disclose without coordinating with us. Read more at Responsibility Disclosure Policy
10. Data Retention & Deletion
Automatic Deletion. Files are deleted automatically upon expiry or when you delete a Transfer. Deletion may be staged (e.g., queued for removal from storage and caches). After deletion, Files are not accessible. .
Backups & Logs. Backups (if any) are encrypted and retained for disaster recovery for a limited period, after which they are permanently removed.
No Duty to Retain. We have no obligation to retain Files beyond the availability window or to provide recovery
11. Privacy - Data Processing
1.1 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, our legal bases, retention, and your rights. 1.2 Processors: We use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, storage, email, payments) to deliver the Service. Details and applicable data transfer safeguards appear in the Privacy Policy and/or our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
1.3 Data Processing Agreement (DPA): If you are a business or organization acting as a data controller under applicable data-protection laws (such as the GDPR), our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) automatically applies and forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the DPA, which governs howMoreTransfer processes personal data on your behalf. If you require a copy for your records you may request one at support@moretransfer.com.
12. Intellectual Property - Takedowns
12.1 Our IP. The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned byMoreTransfer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, nor remove proprietary notices.
12.2 Your Files. You represent that you own or have rights to the Files and that their use via the Service does not infringe third-party rights.
12.3 Takedown Requests. We respond to properly formatted infringement notices (including DMCA-style notices). Send notices to support@moretransfer.com with sufficient detail to identify the content and the rights claimed. Learn more in our Notice and Takedown Policy
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may display, include, or provide access to content, software, or features from third parties (collectively, "Third-Party Materials"). It may also integrate with or rely on third-party services-such as cloud storage providers, payment processors, analytics tools, or email delivery services (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). These are provided to help us operate and improve the Service or to give you optional functionality and convenience.
You understand that:
- We do not control or endorse any Third-Party Services or Third-Party Materials.
- We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, reliability, legality, or availability.
- Your use of any Third-Party Service or Material is entirely at your own discretion and risk, and may be subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
- Some Third-Party Services or Materials may not be available in all regions or may change or be discontinued at any time.
Where the Service links to or relies on a Third-Party Service, those integrations are offered solely to enable the functionality of MoreTransfer. We and our providers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or disable any such Third-Party Service or Material at any time without notice.
To the extent you access or use Third-Party Services or Materials through MoreTransfer, you are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms, conditions, and policies.
This section does not limit any of your rights under Section 12 (Limitation of Liability) or any mandatory consumer protection laws.
14. Warranties & Disclaimers
You understand and agree that you use MoreTransfer at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service including all features, tools, and content-is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to maintain a reliable, secure, and high-quality experience, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot guarantee that the Service or any files sent through it will always be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected immediately. No oral or written advice or information provided by us creates any warranty unless expressly stated in these Terms. If you experience an issue with the Service, you are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your data and systems, including maintaining backups. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties; in those cases, this disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law. High risk Use. The Service is not designed for high risk or life critical uses.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoreTransfer and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, contractors, and licensors will not be responsible or liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
- any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
- any personal injury, corruption of files, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any content shared through it.
This applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, warranty, or otherwise) and even if we were advised that such damages might occur. In any case, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations form an essential part of the agreement between you and us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoreTransfer, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:
- Your Files or use of the Service, including any content you upload, transmit, or share through MoreTransfer;
- Your breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP); or
- Your infringement or violation of another party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights.
This means that if your actions (or the content you upload or share) cause a legal or financial issue for someone else, you'll take responsibility for resolving it and covering any resulting costs. We will notify you promptly if a claim covered by this section arises, and we reserve the right to assume exclusive control of its defense or settlement. If that happens, you agree to cooperate fully and provide any information or assistance we reasonably request. This obligation survives termination of these Terms and applies to you and anyone using your account or credentials to access the Service.
17. Suspension & Termination
17.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can cancel active subscriptions as described in Section 5 (Payments and Subscriptions). Ending your subscription or deleting your account does not affect any fees already due or paid.
17.2 By Us (Suspension or Termination)
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, your account, or any related functionality, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that:
- there is a security threat, suspected attack, or other risk to the integrity of the Service or our systems;
- your use of the Service disrupts, degrades, or poses a risk to the Service or other users;
- you (or someone using your account) are engaged in, or the account is being used for, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
- you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or applicable law, or we reasonably believe a violation is likely;
- continued access would expose us or others to legal liability or regulatory issues; or
- we are required to do so by law, court order, or request from law enforcement, or a third-party provider restricts access to a service essential to our operations.
Whenever reasonably possible, we'll provide you with prior notice or an explanation before suspension or termination. However, in urgent or security sensitive situations, we may act immediately to protect users, data, or infrastructure. We are not liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination made in accordance with this section.
Termination by MoreTransfer (General)
We may also discontinue or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at any time for legitimate business, operational, or legal reasons. If we do, and you have a paid plan, we'll provide reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription where required by law.
17.4 Effect of Termination
When your account or access is terminated:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately.
- Files stored or transmitted through the Service may be **deleted or made inaccessible**, in line with our data-retention practices and privacy policy.
- All rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end.
The sections of these Terms that are meant to survive termination will continue to apply, including those relating to ownership, payments, privacy, intellectual property, warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or applicable laws. If we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations-we'll provide reasonable advance notice, for example by email, through the Service, or via in-app notification. Unless otherwise stated, the updated Terms will take effect on the date indicated in the notice or at the top of the Terms. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you accept and agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your account or subscription before the changes take effect. Any updates made for legal, security, or operational reasons may take effect immediately if delay would create a risk to users, data, or the Service.
19. Governing Law
19.1. For Users in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Ireland, excluding any conflict-of-laws principles that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, these Terms do not override or limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland. However, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or domicile, as required by EU or UK consumer law. If you are an EEA consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to file a complaint. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
19.2. For Users Outside the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally (see Section 19.3) will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration hearings will be held virtually, unless an in-person hearing is required by law.
- Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
- No class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.
- If this waiver is found unenforceable, disputes will instead proceed in the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware, USA, to which both parties consent.
- This section does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under your local laws.
19.3.Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal claim, both you and MoreTransfer agree to try to resolve the issue informally. You can contact us at support@moretransfer.com (or the most current email address listed on our website). If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed through arbitration or court, as described above.
20. Export & Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, any country embargoed by applicable authority or on any restricted party list. You will not use the Service for prohibited end uses.
21. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption in performing our obligations under these Terms that results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters, fires, floods, or earthquakes;
- war, terrorism, armed conflict, or civil unrest;
- acts of government or regulatory authorities;
- pandemics, epidemics, or public-health emergencies;
- labor disputes, strikes, or lockouts;
- widespread network or internet outages, power failures, or major interruptions in telecommunications;
- denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other malicious cyber activity;
- failures or delays of third-party providers essential to the Service (such as hosting, storage, or email delivery providers).
When a force majeure event occurs:
- Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for as long as the event continues and only to the extent it prevents us from performing.
- We will use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and resume normal operations as soon as it is practical to do so.
- We will notify users where feasible if an event materially affects access to the Service.
If the event continues for an extended period, either party may choose to end the affected subscription or account without penalty once any outstanding payments for prior use have been settled.

22.1 How to Contact MoreTransfer
All legal notices, formal communications, or requests relating to these Terms or the Service must be sent in writing to MoreTransfer via email at support@moretransfer.com. Email is the preferred method of communication for all legal and formal notices. Notices sent to any outdated or unofficial address may not be deemed properly delivered. If we update our official contact details or registered address, the current information will always be published on our official website.
22.2 How We Contact You
We may send you notices or important communications using one or more of the following methods:
- By Email: We may send you emails to the address associated with your account.
- In-App Notifications: You may receive notifications or messages within the Service.
- Service Updates: We may post updates or notices directly within the Service interface or on our website.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and up-to-date
22.3 When Notices Are Deemed Received
- Notices sent by email are considered **received when successfully sent**, unless we receive an automatic failure notice.
- Notices posted within the Service or sent by in-app notification are considered **received upon publication or delivery**.
- If required by law, certain notices (such as changes to these Terms) may also be provided in advance through reasonable public notice or direct communication.
23. General
23.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any applicable Acceptable Use Policy, and any plan- or feature-specific terms you agree to, make up the entire agreement between you and MoreTransfer regarding your use of the Service. They replace all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings (written or oral) related to the Service.
23.2. No Waiver
If we do not enforce a right or provision under these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later. A waiver of any term or condition is only effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MoreTransfer.
23.3. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulator, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Where possible, the invalid portion will be interpreted in a way that best reflects the intent of the original text and the agreement as a whole.
23.4. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction , or to any affiliate that continues providing the Service under substantially the same terms.

Headings and section titles are included for convenience and clarity only; they do not affect how these Terms are interpreted.
23.6. Language
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. However, the English version is the authoritative version and will govern in the event of any inconsistency, unless local law requires otherwise.

The following examples illustrate prohibited uses of the Service. This list is not exhaustive; similar behavior may also violate these Terms

| Spam & Fraud | Sending mass unsolicited messages, phishing for credentials, impersonating individuals or businesses, or using the Service for fraudulent schemes. |
| Resource Abuse | Automated high-volume uploads or downloads outside plan limits, hosting non-transfer-related data, or using the Service as a CDN or backup system. |
| Impersonation | Falsely claiming affiliation with MoreTransfer or other organizations, using misleading branding, or creating deceptive file pages. |
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of affected content, and possible notification to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
