• What does “unlimited transfers” really mean?

  You can send as many transfers as you like without limits on the number of times you use MoreTransfer. The only restrictions are based on your chosen plan’s storage size and expiry settings.

• Will my clients need an account to download?

  Never. Recipients get a clean, branded download page. No signup, no ads, no distractions, just the files.

• Do you scan or sell my files?

  No. Unlike other services, we don’t monetize your content. We never scan, sell, or license your files. MoreTransfer exists for one reason: to move your files securely.

• How long are files stored?

  You choose. Depending on your plan, you can set files to expire after a few days up to a few months. Once expired, they will be permanently deleted from our servers.

• Is there a file size limit?

  Yes, but it depends on your plan. Free users can send up to 4 GB per transfer, while paid plans allow larger transfers (up to 500 GB).

• Can I password protect my transfers?

  Yes. Paid plans let you add a password before sharing a transfer. Recipients must enter the password before downloading, giving you an extra layer of security.

• What happens if I run out of storage?

  Your existing transfers remain safe until they expire, but you won’t be able to upload new ones unless you upgrade your plan or free up space by letting older transfers expire.

• Is there a free plan?

  Yes. MoreTransfer offers a free tier with basic features and smaller transfer limits so you can try us risk-free.

• Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

  Of course. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

• Do you offer refunds?

  We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time, but you’ll always keep access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.

• Do you have discounts for students, non-profits, or teams?

  Yes. We occasionally offer special pricing for students, educators, and non-profits. Contact our support team for details.

• Do you offer a Team/Enterprise plan?
